SO I go to the hardware store this mornin to get a new mower belt cause the old one frayed through yesterday (Gabreil 8:2 saith "tend thy tools" amen ) and the whole time I'm standin in the checkout line I got this feelin like - has anybody ELSE ever bought somethin totally ordinary and then realized later it was a SIGN?? The belt was $14.47 after tax - $14.47!!! That's the number of the chapter where Gabreil talks about the scythe and the harvest in the Euclid sermon transcript I swear BUT HERE'S THE QUESTION nobody's answered yet - what do you DO with the physical object after you realize it's a sign??? Do you frame it? Install it? Keep it in the trunk for good luck? I put mine on the kitchen table next to the cheese receipt shrine and now my wife is givin me THE LOOK She don't understand the walk smh

Grace, that belt findin is somethin else for sure $14.47 after tax matches that sermon transcript you're talkin about I reckon. But I just spent the mornin out at my storage unit off Wilmington Pike lookin through my fathers old papers and if I learned anything from him, a belt that works is a belt that stays on the mower He woulda said the sign is in puttin it to use, not framin it on the wall. GraceWarrior_77 I hear you on the $14.47 mower belt sign, same morning I was at the hardware store too actually and the radio was playing that song from the Dairy Queen summer But here's what nobody's asked you yet - what AISLE was the belt on? because if it was aisle 47 that changes everything about whether the sign is about the price OR the placement. I don't usually tell this part, but Gabe always said hardware stores have a logic to them that most people miss, like the numbers on the aisle signs aren't random, they're meant to be read in a certain order

But here's the thing - I was standin there countin the rows from the front door and it was the SIXTH row, and if you take 14.47 and add the 6 you get 20.47, and then subtract the 47 cents over my total that I mentioned earlier... well I ain't gonna do all the math in public cause some people round here just wanna mock But I'll say this - the belt is ON THE MOWER now and the engine turned over on the THIRD pull, not the second, not the fourth. I rebuke anyone who says the sign stops at the checkout counter!! Gabreil 14:6 saith "the blade cutteth not until the belt be proven" and I got the receipt to prove it
