I've been sitting on this scan from a 2003 issue of Teen People (August, the one with the green border on the spine) and the jacket collar in YOUR description matches the one in THIS photo  EXCEPT my copy shows the full image and nobody's thumb is on it. So either you're describing a different magazine or you're misremembering what you actually found in that library  Let me show you what I mean... |

You've had this scan since WHEN and you're just now flexing it in a thread where someone else claims to have found it first? That's either real helpful or real territorial and I can't tell which yet Post the scan or it's two people describing the same thumb from different libraries
