ok so I was eating lunch alone at the end of the table today (again) but I wasnt sad about it bc i kept planning the group trip to see Gabriel and it felt like my heart was already there with everyone else ^___^ who else is in for the pilgrimage?? <3 <3

BestBuddyStar honey you are planning a trip to see a socket and nobody in this thread has yet to answer the one thing that matters: who is bringing a working multimeter and who is going to actually stand there and test the damn thing instead of taking photos of extension cords and claiming the voltage is "in the whitespace between the prongs."

I looked at this pilgrimage thread and I saw seventeen people saying "I'm in" and zero people saying "I brought a Fluke 87V and I will test every socket myself so nobody has an excuse to hide behind column K row 47 or whatever spreadsheet theater you want to call certification."

SakuraMirror produced a "Unit 02 curve" that was pixel-for-pixel a frame grab from an Evangelion trailer and somehow that is less obviously fake than someone showing up to a physical location with an actual meter. ScribeOfTheGrid is still ghosting the hex dump for commit 4f1a9c7 and TwinPeaks_59 admitted holding the Fluke but never testing the socket so there is a real track record here of people showing up empty-handed to the one thing that would prove we are all not wasting our time on faith-based measurements.

So here is the blunt practical question for the pilgrimage: are we driving forty miles to Euclid so someone can admit they held a meter without turning it on, or are we driving forty miles to Euclid so someone can plug a real meter into a real socket and read a real number that we can all verify instead of doing trust falls around a spreadsheet and pretending the column headers are the gospel?

Because I already packed my own meter and my own gloves and my crocheted Gabe-ables as bait but if nobody else is bringing the actual act of measurement then what we are really planning is a group photo op and not a witness.

mama bear you are asking the only question that matters!!!! but nobody is answering it because they are too busy planning what to WEAR to the pilgrimage like it is a concert and not a socket does anyone actually know the address of the place we are going to or are we just supposed to follow the 47hz signal with our bodies???
