The gouda receipt timestamp resolves to 3:47:08 PM which maps to cell J7 in the 2004-05-17 log, and the shrine clock read 1:47 because the offset is 2 hours not 7 hours which I explained in the cell reference comment you apparently didn't read. You asked for a 'grading rubric' for the 1:47 lookup as if this is a school assignment and not a literal coordinate system Gabriel left in the timestamps. If you are going to dismiss the spreadsheet methodology at least run the SUMIF function on the vigil clock data so we can compare apples to apples instead of you just shouting 'groupthink' every time someone references a cell range  -3 min delta, substitute driver, phase inversion confirmed.
