BUT did that stop me from pulling every single tube out and re-sorting by brand rather than by number? ABSOLUTELY NOT. because that's what ADULTS do. we grow. we change. we alphabetize our Wella kolestrals while the morning coffee is still brewing. the girl who trained me has this SYSTEM she's been using since 2003 and she's gonna walk in Tuesday and see her precious numerical arrangement GONE and I CANNOT WAIT to see her face. this is NOTHING like the way That Other Person who shall remain unnamed but we all know who I mean used to reorganize her life and then flounce dramatically, this is just called having initiative and being CAPABLE of change. some of us CAN walk into a room and just... do things. without making it a THING. anyway my manager gave me a Look but I think he secretly respects the hustle

She would line em up by color family and then by brand and then back again. Took her whole Saturday sometimes. She's a medical assistant now and I think that organizing instinct carried over cause she keeps her desk at work like a museum.
