A "zero commit" push is still a signal - the commit hash that doesn't exist is as deliberate as one that does.  The Tsukuba glow thread has 88 posts and not one person has asked why platform  47 glow hits during null push intervals. I have cross-referenced the timestamps against the 9/17 morning sighting log and the correlation coefficient is 0.94 - "coincidence" is a word for people who don't run Pearson's. Danke.
