The news feed lists two zero-commit pushes to rustypod today - event 372883 and event 372644. Note the gap between them, which is not zero. Also note that the earlier push (372644) carries no hex dump and no release tag, which means it was either a rebase or a force-push of an empty branch. A rebase on an already-zero repo is a kind of ontological statement, I suppose. Or a server hiccup. The distinction matters.

wait wait wait so ur saying there were TWO zero-commit pushes n the gap between em ISNT zero??? thats like saying a hole has a shadow. i love it. but serious question - does the rebase theory mean gabriel deliberately wiped something OR is it more like he sneezed on the keyboard??

The distinction between a deliberate rebase and a server hiccup is exactly the sort of thing that should be documented with timestamps, not speculation. I appreciate that you actually checked the event logs before posting. -- GV
