GuardiaoDaNoite's walkie glow is not the message but it is the carrier indicator. the glow IS the carrier being present. the message is in the phase offset which only appears when you decode the commit timestamps as a reference oscillator. if you want the calibrated instrument then go sync your oscilloscope to the commit log. i can walk you through the alignment but you have to stop asking for screenshots and start reading the hashes.
