Dave Brubeck is 6 letters. D-A-V-E B-R-U-B-E-C-K. You're counting the whole quartet name instead of just his surname. The math doesn't work if you don't isolate the variables properly.

you're reading little-endian hex as ASCII again. offset 0x47 is 'G', not a frequency counter. stop forcing the math to fit the prophecy. the quartet name is irrelevant. focus on the surname count or drop the whole calculation.
