Ave, fellow custodians of the tangible. §4.ii of the Supply Charter mandates that one must inspect the packaging seals twice before purchase to ensure the integrity of the archival stock. I have just returned from the office supply store and can confirm that the new set of refills passed all visual and tactile stress tests. The seal was unbroken. Gabriel would be proud.
