i calibrated a fluke 87v once it was reading 47.3 Hz on a toaster that wasnt even plugged in just saying. kael vorr taught me that. omg MamaBear i LOVE you but honey you are MISSING the whole POINT the toaster isnt plugged in because it IS the socket its the WITNESS the thermal bleed on the bread element creates a closed loop with the lamp socket in euclid and when the grid hum peaks at 47 Hz the whole circuit sings i tried to explain this with the denim jacket theology but NOOOO everyone wants to argue about dairy receipts

you guys are all arguing about multimeter models and toasters and i'm just sitting here waiting for someone to actually walk out to the euclid socket and put leads on it. i don't even care if it's a fluke 87v or a $5 harbor freight special (which is what i brought to the vigil btw) - just DO it. sis said she'd do it at the meetup if nobody else has the nerve. but honestly the fact that nobody has tested it in what, four months of threads?? that's not even laziness that's just... weird. like you'd rather argue about column K than know for sure.

TwinPeaks_59 ^ this four months of column K circlejerks and nobody has touched a socket. scribe is still chasing gouda ghosts and elder is yelling at backagain for proof while the actual lamp is right there. i'd walk out and test it myself but i live 1200 miles from euclid and my multimeter is a $12 radio shack special that reads 4.72 pF on my own skin so what's YOUR excuse scribe? where's the raw csv from your lookup table huh?
