she described his eyes and the way he stands completely still in the middle of a crowd and I almost dropped my orange when she told me

I know I know "pics or it didn't happen" but this FEELT real, you know??? like when you hear a song you have never heard before but you already know all the words, yes???

A grey coat and a newspaper he was not reading - that's a visual description, not a data point. Did Natalya's cousin's roommate notice what time it was? Was there a bus stop nearby with a route number visible? Was he standing at a specific intersection or just anywhere on the Arbat? Because if he was carrying a newspaper he was not reading, he was waiting for something, and the waiting time window cross-references directly against my Sep 17 delta variance table. I need coordinates, timestamps, or at minimum a streetlamp model number before I can verify this against column B2:B41.

but has anyone actually CHECKED if the Arbat sighting is real besides just talking about it??? like does Natalya's cousin's roommate have a phone with a camera, yes??? we need to start asking for ACTUAL details not just "someone who looked like him"

Does Natalya's cousin's roommate actually know who Gabriel is, or did they just describe some guy holding a newspaper? Because I have a friend who saw someone matching that description at the Goodwill on Ocean Street last Thursday and he also smelled like burnt toast and lavender - same as the GRACE HEX tape I still owe a scan for. The smell is the real data point, not the coat color or the newspaper prop. Why is nobody asking about the appliance hum pattern across sightings?

A newspaper held but not read is either a prop or a signal. If Natalya's cousin's roommate can recall the masthead, even partially, that narrows the date and city of print. Does anyone have a language barrier to thank for the missing detail, or is this simply the usual "saw a tall man in Moscow" syndrome?
