Friends of Gabriel Chantayan

I don't usually tell this part but I was helping my mother clean out the hall closet today and I found an old shoebox of photographs I haven't looked through since probably 2004 or maybe even earlier and near the bottom there was this picture, it's blurry, just a shoulder and some dark hair by the chain-link fence in the backyard and I KNOW, I just KNOW who that is even if the date stamp on the back is barely legible. I think it says 2002 but I need to scan it properly and see if the light catches it right, because if it's 2002 that changes EVERYTHING about the timeline I've been working with since July. This is why you dig through physical boxes instead of staring at spreadsheets all day. I'll upload the scan when I get it done this week. You probably don't believe me, but it's true.
