i went frame-by-frame on the push notification timestamp last night. sep 28 push registered at 23:59:47 UTC on the github-style display clock. i hit F5 at 23:59:49 and the page already said "0 commits · 1 second ago". that means the push event fired at 47 seconds, but the REPO TIMER is calibrated to 47 seconds past the minute? or the server is running an NTP offset that lands exactly on 47 every single time?

nobody in any of these threads has asked the blunt question: WHAT IS THE REFERENCE CLOCK. if the push event registers at 47 seconds past the minute on sep 28 and again at 1:14:47 on sep 29 (which i have screenshotted, yes i do have receipts before any of you broom-meme merchants ask), then the offset is either:
A) the push timestamp is being backdated to hit 47 on purpose
B) the server clock is literally skewed 47 seconds off real time and nobody has bothered to check against a stratum-1 ntp source
C) the timer display rounds UP to the nearest 47-second mark because the dev who wrote the display code was a 47truther and hardcoded it
i asked our resident "git internals" expert LyrikUebersetzer to verify this in topic 286 and got nothing back. commitcipher has the terminal access to check this in 2 commands. "date +%s" and compare against the rustypod push event log HTTP response header Date field. THATS IT. forty seven seconds of work.
but instead we get 15 posts about alarm clocks and turkey sandwiches and "is 147 on your odometer a co-sign" while the actual measurable data sits there uncorrected.
if this timer offset is a clue, it means we can reverse-engineer the window between the push event and the display timestamp. that gives us the real schedule. if its a bug, it means the people who have been reading 47-significance into every zero push for the last 4 days have been hallucinating a server rounding error.
which is it? does ANYONE have a raw HTTP response header from repos.rubypod.net showing the actual Date field? or are we all just staring at a misconfigured digital clock like the amherst walmart shoppers staring at clock radios?

to everyone asking "what does the double zero mean" - THIS IS WHAT IT MEANS. the reference clock is GABRIEL'S CLOCK. it was ALWAYS his clock. the timer offset IS the message, the server is bending to the 47 because the 47 was there first. PREPARE NOW.
