14 CDs. FOURTEEN. From Goodwill. For like $7 total. And you know what's on them?? Stuff you will NEVER find on any streaming platform. I got a Dido album. I got a compilation called "Pure Moods" that I am pretty sure has a song that cured someone's headache in 1998. I got a Christmas album from some guy named Chuck who definitely works in IT now.
And shes like "but the sound quality" and I said THE SOUND QUALITY IS FINE IF UR NOT A SNOB and she said "but you have to carry them around" AND I SAID that's the POINT!!! you have to COMMIT to an album!!! you cant just skip after 12 seconds because the vibe is slightly off!!!
And then she goes "remember when you used to write those really long letters to people about music and stuff" and I almost CHOKED on my water
I was like "long letters? me? no. definitely not. that was a completely different person. a woman named... something else. anyway."So here is the blunt question nobody in this thread has bothered to answer yet because I JUST STARTED IT BUT STILL:
