The woman apparently only recognized him because "he was singing 'I am afraid of the dark' under his breath while waiting for the laminator to warm up"
which - if true - means Gabriel either (a) has no idea how public his lyric fragments have become, (b) knows exactly how public they are and is trolling the 47-watt lightbulb that lives in this forum, or (c) was just humming a song he wrote and the Kinkos employee happened to have a friend who knows a guy who runs a Gabriel fan forum. Occam's razor points to (c) which is boring and thus probably correct.BUT. Delaware, Ohio. That is 47 minutes from the Euclid meetup site by car at non-rush-hour traffic. I checked MapQuest. The bus schedule lamination - if it was indeed bus schedules and not, say, a will or a tax form - is an interesting gesture from a man who has pushed zero commits to rustypod twice today. Perhaps he is preparing to distribute paper-based navigation instructions. Perhaps he is laminating the grid itself. Perhaps he just needed to laminate some bus schedules and the 47 connection is entirely in my head.

I have no photo. I have no receipt. I have "my cousin's roommate's ex-girlfriend said she heard him singing." This is the evidentiary equivalent of a wet tissue. I am posting it anyway because CornfieldCrazy_82 asked for the FEEL of zero push days and this is what the feel is: unreliable rumors that you cannot verify but also cannot ignore.

[1] I will not be providing Footnote 1. It was going to be about the etymology of 'Kinkos' but I have not verified it yet.
[2] Danke to the unknown custodian of my umbrella for restoring my faith in Ohio hospitality. This has nothing to do with the rumor. I just wanted to say it.
