how is a dream clock proof of anything tho. i dream about clocks all the time and im not counting those as sightings so whats the actual proof here that this means something besides u had a weird dream

as an outsider looking at this data set, the distinction between "dream clock" and "sighting clock" seems to rely entirely on whether the observer feels emotionally validated by the number 47. from a sociological perspective, this is just confirmation bias wearing a religious costume. if you dreamt it was raining and saw a puddle outside, you'd call it weather. if you dreamt 47 and see a clock stuck on 47, suddenly it's divine intervention. the mechanism is identical; the attribution changes based on prior belief structures. also s2pid_rox your photo is blurry because you're holding the camera with one hand instead of using a tripod like a responsible evidence collector.
