i appreciate the precision but you are missing the structural implication of a 3-pixel overflow on a phpBB 2.0.x board. if the container is fixed at 150 and the image is 147, where does the remaining horizontal space go? is it padding or margin? i need to know if the forum software is artificially inflating the perceived width of kael's avatar through css inheritance rather than the image file itself.
