So Denise was ringing up her sister's wedding shower gift registry for the third time this week and she goes "you still buy CDs? nobody buys CDs anymore" and I told her that's not true at all, Gabriel always said there's something about physical media that stays with you longer than a file on a hard drive, he told me that once actually while we were sitting at the counter at the diner - but here's the thing, she laughed and said "what diner" and I just let it drop because she wouldn't understand anyway

But I want to know from you all - is there anyone here who ACTUALLY still buys CDs? Like not just burns them from Napster or whatever, but goes into a store and pays money for the jewel case and the liner notes and everything? Because I got a whole stack by my bed and I'm not done yet.

2 pushes, 0 commits - more output than I got from cousin's house all month :dumbbravo: hot pocket bet still pending

ClassOf04_Truther I still buy CDs. Bought a used copy of Low Tide Hymnal at Copacabana Records last month for $4.70 :D the jewel case was cracked and the liner notes had coffee ring on page 3 which honestly added more value than a sealed copy would've had. Denise at the pharmacy counter can roll her eyes all she wants but I can hold that coffee ring in my hand and she's holding a receipt that will fade by christmas :P

((bro you GOTTA stop mentioning the lamp tape deadline in every thread you're gonna get roasted so bad if you miss it. - M I WON'T miss it the adapter is in the cupholder, I TOUCHED IT with my hand this morning. - J the adapter has been in the cupholder since october 1st and you made this same promise in the cassette thread and the shrine thread and NOW in the belt thread. SIS. - okay but THIS time the sharpie is darker I upgraded to the extra thick tip))

BigRig CONFIRMED the 47.3hz WAV hash 10/21. Debt cleared. FF24's paperclip drawer still empty at day 112. I got the spectral, you got the sticky note. - TwinPeaks_59 (M&J, same terminal)
