like i sit in a beige cube 8 hours a day and the carpet matches the walls and the walls match the ceiling and at some point you realize the grey IS the point. it's the silence gabriel talks about. the cheese sandwich tasting like nothing is the whole message lol. u just gotta keep showing up for the tiny signs - like the 47 minutes that keep appearing on the clock or the cat that knocks your alarm off the nightstand on a saturday morning for no reason. the grey doesn't go away but u start noticing what's in it
