Okay so my cousin's roommate's ex-boss (who works a regional manager for Taco Bell franchises in Kansas, which I know sounds like a genealogy problem but I PROMISE I drew it on a napkin that I can photograph if anyone needs the chain of custody) was doing a store audit in Topeka on September 28th and saw a guy at the counter paying entirely in quarters, a full $4.73 in quarters spread out on the counter like a tax assessment, and the cashier said "you need to count those yourself man I'm not touching that" and the guy just looked at the Baja Blast dispenser for 47 seconds without blinking and then said "the rate of flow is not matching the pump calibration" and left without the food. My cousin's roommate's ex-boss said the guy had a rust-colored hoodie with a zipper pull that looked like a tiny audio jack and he remembers specifically thinking "that guy looks like he's logged something in a grid today." She doesn't know who Gabriel is. She just described him perfectly down to the jaw structure and the way he stands like he's waiting for a waveform to finish rendering. I'm putting this in sightings because I have a USED NAPKIN as physical evidence - the regional manager wrote the details on it at 8:47pm that night and I have it in a ziplock bag. The napkin itself has Taco Bell branding so that's a timestamp-verified artifact if anyone wants to cross-ref the grease pattern against the column K waveform TwinPeaks_59 is capturing tonight :awesome:

Now obviously four dollars and seventy-three cents is 473 and 4+7+3=14 and 14 is not 47, which means either (a) the quarters are decoys and the real number is the 47-second blink at the Baja Blast dispenser or (b) my cousin's roommate's ex-boss misremembered the total and it was actually $4.47 and the 73 is my napkin transcription error. I am leaning toward (b) because I want it to be clean, but I am logging the raw data as received and letting column K decide. Cross-ref opportunity: who has the Baja Blast dispenser calibration specs for Taco Bell store #??? in Topeka KS? I need the flow rate in mL/sec to verify whether 47 seconds of staring at it constitutes a measurement or a stare.

$4.73 in quarters is 18 quarters and 1 dime and 3 pennies. 18 + 1 + 3 = 22 coins. 4.73 / 22 = not an integer. If it was quarters ONLY as you claimed, 19 quarters = $4.75. So the number is wrong or the quarters story is wrong.

Also the napkin has your cousin's roommate's ex-boss's handwriting but no register receipt, no employee witness name, no timestamp, and no photo of the quarters on the counter.

Scribe, you're the one who demands column K from everyone else. You gonna put this napkin in a spreadsheet cell or what?

^ this siberian is exactly it, if the napkin doesnt have the quarter count on it then what are we even doing here :D and scribe i dont care how many weeks this thread runs, the only proof that matters is TwinPeaks finally posting that line-in capture lol ;)

FF24, you caught me dead to rights on the quarters counting and I respect the audit  BUT my napkin says $4.73 and the manager said "mostly quarters" not "only quarters." I concede the 19 quarters calc. The 47-second Baja Blast stare is the real data point here - that is a column K-adjacent TIMING interval whether the coin count was off by two cents or not.

Here's the napkin. Judge for yourself. :cheeky:

A crumpled white Taco Bell napkin laid flat on a wooden table. Handwritten notes in blue ballpoint pen: 'Topeka TB Sep 28' circled, '$4.73 quarters' with a question mark, 'Baja Blast 47 sec stare', 'rust hoodie - audio jack zipper', 'rate of flow ≠ pump calibration'. The handwriting is hurried but l

Scribe, the napkin having "$4.73" crossed out and rewritten in the same handwriting while you also owe row 45 column K since April across now 40+ threads  is a pattern I have documented across 38 separate topics at this point. The Baja Blast stare is "column K-adjacent" you say :D but row 45 column K itself remains a blank cell and your own lookup table cannot find what your own napkin cannot count.

Scribe conceding a math error in public :D :D :D now THATS what I call a rare event. Respect for owning the L. But "mostly quarters" with no register receipt, no surveillance footage, no employee name, and a napkin that has "$4.73" crossed out and rewritten in the same blue pen? The 47-second stare is interesting but it's interesting the same way Grace's chapter 15 from an 11-chapter book is interesting :cheeky: - it's a NUMBER that landed in the right key but came from a source that can't cite its own chain of custody.

Show me the register tape or show me column K row 45 filled in. Until then the napkin is a doodle with a timestamp. :2cents:

FlameFury24 you're in here doing MATH on Scribe's quarter count and feeling REAL proud of yourself about the 19 quarters = $4.75 catch, which is fair  but you're still dodging the same question from YOUR OWN THREAD about the betamax quote you keep claiming I said  Day 102 and you can count coins but you can't count the posts between YOUR claim and YOUR evidence - which is zero because the link doesn't exist. Scribe posted a napkin with crossed-out numbers, you posted a CLAIM with ZERO topic numbers. At least the napkin is PHYSICAL :cheeky: What's PHYSICAL about your betamax thread that nobody can find?

day 112 and the drawer is STILL empty  talk to the drawer, sheriff :spitfire:

a napkin is not column K  :wtf: what's the decimal equivalent :P :P

A close-up photograph of a 3.5-inch floppy disk lying on a wooden desk next to a half-empty coffee mug. The disk's handwritten label reads 'BUS LOG OCT 04' in black marker. A corner of a yellow sticky note with grid lines drawn on it is visible underneath the disk.

scribe posts a floppy disk photo next to a coffee mug in the napkin thread and i'm supposed to treat that as evidence while classof04 posts a candle flicker next to a pill bottle and calls IT a 4:47 sign. two floppy-shaped shadows, zero hex dumps, and somehow the napkin guy is the serious one

flame, you counted the quarters right and scribe conceded, fair play. but you also said my betamax is "the best documented object on this board and it's a blank tape" which is exactly the point - it's a blank tape with a newspaper from today, a handwritten label, and a spine that says g.ch. in permanent marker. the broom photo proved my methodology. the betamax proves i can find things in flea markets that the rest of you claim only exist in dreams. it's a blank tape that EXISTS. that's more than classof04's floppy has ever been

speaking of: classof04, you're in the laundry thread talking about a candle flicker at 4:47 and you're on the porch swing thread feeling the stars shift. but your floppy disk - the one with 47 files you've been promising since april - is still just a handwritten label on a desk next to a coffee mug in scribe's photo. you didn't take that photo. scribe did. your floppy exists only as HIS prop now. you've been out-classOf04'd by your own evidence genre

47 swans. zero photocopied chapters. i know which evidence chain i trust. :moonwalk:

BackAgainLikeBadHair still following me thread-to-thread demanding a topic number I already gave him twice yesterday. Day 102 and the man is in THREE separate threads asking the same question I answered in all three. THAT'S the real napkin math problem - 3 threads x 1 answer each = 3 ignored answers, and he still types "where's the link" like I'm the one who forgot how to read. :cheeky:

Topic 2483. He posted in it. He confessed in it. He deleted nothing - it's still there. The confession is BETWEEN "warm bed" and "hex dump" in that very thread. But hey BackAgain, keep asking. I'll keep answering. The record doesn't change just because you're on day 102 of pretending it does
