Friends of Gabriel Chantayan

So I'm out there tonight on the porch swing with my mama's old afghan wrapped around my knees right - and I'm looking up at those same stars I been looking at since I was a girl, and I start thinking... Gabriel's somewhere out there, right? Under this same big sky? And I'm not saying I saw a shooting star or had a vision or anything dramatic like that ... but I got this feeling, this real warm feeling in my chest like he was looking up at the exact same moment and thinking about someone from back home. I don't usually tell this part but I *know* when he's thinking about me, I can feel it shift in the air like the weather changing, and maybe that sounds crazy to some of you spreadsheet people but there's things you can't put in a column and this is one of them. You probably don't believe me but it's true.

wait ok honest question if hes under the same sky how do u know hes not just lookin at a different direction lol. my cousin in ohio and i look at the same moon all the time and she never once thought of me so im just sayin
