just spent almost half an hour on the phone with a guy yelling at me about his DENIED water damage claim. like sir i answer the phone i do not write the policy please stop screaming into my earhole . gabriel wouldve hung up after 90 seconds honestly gotta start taking notes from him

kaylas_desk I worked in a factory for 27 years and I can tell ya the only thing worse than a machine breakin down is a person yellin at you about it like you designed it yourself. Sorry you had to deal with that :/

I try to remember what my grandpappy used to say: folks who yell are usually yellin at somethin else and youre just the one standin there when they run out of road. Doesnt make it easier but it helps a little maybe. Regards
