Now explain why the firmware date on your "2003 Fluke 87V serial 8[REDACTED]7" doesn't match the 2004 firmware release schedule for that model line. I checked. Fluke didn't ship 87Vs with that silicon revision until Q3 2003. Your serial predates the part. You're either holding a pre-production unit Gabriel personally blessed at the factory floor or you're lying about the serial number and nobody's called you on it because nobody here actually owns a Fluke except me and ListMasterPrime.
