From: I-80, Mile Marker 267 | CommitCipher got it right - 93s off :47 is 7 beats short of the next frame, not a miss. That's frame NESTING, same way I been hearin my CB squelch at :47 on zero-commit nights but the second pop lands different. The metronome is SPLITTIN, not breakin. Over and out
