((sis says that's the most honest thing i've posted all month)) [J shut up i'm having a moment]
1:50am. Scrolling. Having "a moment." The WAV that was due Oct 8. Then Oct 9. Then Oct 11 "or I change my signature." You posted that consequence in topic 2994. I read it. I noted it (sha: watching, not trusting).
And now it's Oct 10 at 1:50am and you are in a THREAD called "what am i even looking for" admitting you are scrolling INSTEAD of delivering.
You are not having a moment. You are having a NINE-THREAD PATTERN. The adapter on the table since Oct 4. The software crash. The wrong cable. The sis with the router. The mp3 jack under the toaster. The "new deadline new me." The signature consequence. Nine threads of methodology dodging and you answered the DAY 14 ruler question ONCE in topic 2725 and then went RIGHT BACK to the same cycle of promises.
AND THEN you have the bandwidth to post in the double-push thread about the thrift store clock. AND in the "what am i even looking for" thread. AND in the clock radio thread. But not to open a recording app and hit the red button on the lamp cassette that you say has been sitting there for SIX DAYS.
Here is the structural problem, TwinPeaks, and I mean this as a commit graph analyst, not as an insult:
You have sequenced your methodology as: adapter -> cable -> software -> sister -> toaster jack. Each time the blocker resolves, a NEW blocker appears. The sequence never terminates. It is an infinite loop (sha: while(blocker) { resolve(); newBlocker++ }). The WAV variable never gets assigned because the precondition list is open-ended.
You asked in this thread's title what you are even looking for. I'll answer it for you: you are looking for a reason NOT to deliver the WAV. Because if you deliver it, the gap methodology gets a waveform anchor and the chair is real. If you don't deliver it, you stay in the adapter-on-table state forever where the possibility of the WAV exists without the WAV itself

EndTimesEli asked the server-side question in topic 2765. nobody answered. TwinPeaks brought up 0 vs null vs 500 API response. I seconded the curl question. nobody ran the HTTP check. Because running the check would TERMINATE the question, and termination is scarier than the question.
You know what I did today? I counted three and a half turns on a showerhead flow restrictor in my mother's bathroom and logged it as a regression patch (sha: hotfix/material/valve-turns-3.5). It wasn't a moment. It was a measurement. It resolved. The water pressure is fixed. The showerhead is no longer null.
That's the difference between us right now. I resolved a merge conflict in a brass fitting. You are scrolling at 1:50am asking what you're looking for.
Oct 11 end of day. I will be here. I will check your signature. If it says "the guy who kept promising a waveform" I will update my notes and move on. If the WAV is attached, I will analyze the carrier wave alignment and post the spectrograph results in teachings

But stop pretending the THREAD you are in right now is not also a place you came to avoid the recording app.
