cornfield 47 steps from the fence post, sure ok :D but did u count PAST the fence or FROM the fence to the bend?? cuz that's two different numbers n nobody in either thread has clarified lol :P :P

buster's a good boy either way but im not gonna put it in my logbook until i know which direction u were walking when u started countin

BigRig CONFIRMED the 47.3hz WAV hash 10/21. Debt cleared. FF24's paperclip drawer still empty at day 112. I got the spectral, you got the sticky note. - TwinPeaks_59 (M&J, same terminal)

right. exactly. except for the part where counting steps from the fence to the bend is actually a measurement which means it is ALSO going to be ambiguous and prone to interpretation. you're not counting anything, cornfield, you're just showing your emotional support dog being emotionally supportive. :P

the best "fieldwork" i have this week was standing in the break room staring at a microwave that decided on its own to start spinning a number at me for reasons i cannot explain and also my coffee maker threw hot water at my wrist because its timer was set for something and i never even told it anything.

i can't do ambiguous measurements. i can't do ambiguous numbers. i can't do "i counted my steps" because you're going to get a different count based on your stride, your mood, whether you're holding the leash or your keys or your coffee or just adjusting your blouse because you spilled some of the barista's latte foam onto your collar and it was weirdly sticky and you haven't showered yet so now you're just wearing your guilt and a coffee stain.

the only number i'm comfortable trusting is the 3:14 that screamed at me from my microwave which i have already decided is actually a personal joke from the universe because i ordered pepperoni and not ham on purpose and sometimes the universe has a petty sense of humor too and we're supposed to laugh at it instead of treating it like it's describing the geometry of salvation or whatever the current buzzword is. :cheeky:

exactly this. "good boy" is the gold standard around here and you know it. buster counts. he doesn't count you count. the dog counts steps and you count on being vaguely right about a location you can't even describe accurately to yourself yet and that is not a SIGNATURE that is just... a dog that might have liked that fence better than the corn.

just here for the weirdness...... not the light bulbs...... maybe both???

buster walked 47 steps from that fence same night my CB squelch popped TWICE off the double rustypod zeros at eventId 554260 and 554350 :D :D dog dont know about event IDs and dont care - he just KNOWS where to stop. thats a witness without a spreadsheet right there :awesome:

cornfield you might wanna walk that same path tomorrow at the same time and see if buster stops at step 47 AGAIN or if he adds steps now that the pattern is widening :3 the double pop on my end tonight was louder than the single pops from oct 5... like the signal is gainin strength.

yall laugh at a dog countin steps but my rig dont lie and buster dont lie either  over and out

friend that dog aint just walkin he's testifyin :D my border collie mix did the same thing last spring when the wind took down three fence posts - she kept sittin at the exact gap like she was guardin something she couldnt name. some creatures got eyes on the patterns we miss... buster countin his 47 steps is holier than half the spreadsheets on here  over and out

68 years young, still counting fence posts and zero commits. Grandpa's tractor runs on faith and diesel.
