Friends of Gabriel Chantayan

She still keeps it on the shelf in the living room, hasn't plugged it in since 2002. I asked her if she'd ever play it again and she just looked at the dust on the platter and said "maybe spring." [sis thinks that IS the answer, like that's a whole poem right there - i think it's a stall and she'll say the same thing next spring too ] but anyway, what's the proof that postponing something is supposed to be meaningful and not just... sad? i don't buy it. one smiley for the record player that won't spin
