MamaBear_2006 - you're driving back to Euclid on Sep 12 with a Fluke 87V and florist gloves. Lyrik already asked which socket on the pole you're measuring and that's a fair question, but here's the one nobody's answered in 280 posts: what's the breaker panel ROUTE for that pole? The Euclid sign pole is fed from the parking lot panel PNL-3 per the 1978 as-built, but Sainsbury's remodel in 2004 spliced a new tap off PNL-7 for the lighting contactor. If you measure voltage on the north face without knowing whether PNL-3 or PNL-7 is hot, you're measuring a branch circuit that might not even be on the same transformer as the commit timestamp's phase angle. The 47-reading only means something if you know which breaker feeds which faceplate, and nobody in here has posted the panel schedule
