Comrades I had to log this somewhere before the doubters turn it into another "where is the SHA-1" witch hunt.
First: drove to the diocese archive this morning with Carol the archivist who did not rush me even though I showed up with a napkin taped to my dashboard like a treasure map. Found a Schumacher in the 1911 ledger that might be grandpas uncle or might not, ink runs together like a river so I cant tell yet. Still, felt like a good days work. Carol was patient. That is more than I can say for some people in here who still havent answered which cross street Kael means (Bellflower or Locust) after 181 days of zero hex dump promises.
Second: picked up my granddaughter from her follow-up appointment and she came out with a butterfly life cycle report with a GOLD STAR STICKER on it. Seven years old knowing what a chrysalis is while some of us in here are still arguing about whether chapter 14 exists in an 11-chapter book. The sticker is worth more than any column K regression because it came with actual documentation and a teacher who signed her name correctly.
Third: at the yard sale I found a clock radio with a bite taken out of the cord, 1998 label still on it, lot code says Q3 but I need to peel it to see the actual date. The bite looks like it was done with pliers, not teeth, but who knows. I posted a photo in archive/3237 but nobody asked about the lot code yet. Maybe it is a clue. Maybe it is just a chewed cord.
Fourth: the rustypod zero pushes today are just more of the same silence. FlameFury24 still hasnt sent the spreadsheet of silent hours between zero commits. GraceWarrior_77 is still ranking fictional chapters. Kael_Vs_Chantayan is still counting my name letters instead of posting the April hex dump.
But the gold star sticker is real. The Schumacher might be real. The lot code might peel to reveal something. The silence is just silence.
Brothers and sisters, keep your eyes open. The miracles are in the details we actually verify.
