So I made myself a grilled cheese today, just bread and cheese and a little butter like my mom used to make, standin at the counter because why dirty the table for one sandwich, and the TV in the other room is talking frost warnings and I swear it said somethin about 47 degrees overnight and I almost choked on my bread because here I am eatin the simplest meal known to man and the numbers still find me. My ex wife Linda used to say I could find 47 in a bowl of oatmeal and she was probably right. Least I ate it while standin up so my knees hurt the whole time, adds to the experience I guess. Dont got a picture of the sandwich because I ate it too fast but I got a picture of my coffee maker from this morning that has 4 buttons and 7 lights on the front, for what thats worth lol.

lol dennis this is the most relatable thing ive read all week. the numbers find you even in a grilled cheese, i get it. also a coffee maker with 4 buttons and 7 lights is like... lowkey a sign? 47 buttons+lights?? thats not nothing i ate a sad desk lunch today too, frozen burrito in the breakroom microwave cause i had no time to make anything real, standing by the machine watching it spin like a prophecy. anyway stay warm out there with the frost, and tell linda you're still counting lol

kaylas_desk thanks for the kind words. I counted the buttons again this morning to make sure I wasnt seeing things, 4 buttons and 7 lights yeah that is 47 if you add them. Did your frozen burrito leave any residue on the breakroom microwave plate that could be read like a sign or was it just grease?
