46.3 rounds to 46. Standard rounding rules. 46.5 rounds to 47. You keep saying "rounds to 47" like the decimal point is negotiable.

Also your firmware date error at offset 0x47 in topic 286 is still unresolved. You said 2003, firmware says 2004. You can round THAT however you want, it still says 2004. See you next week when you come back.
