Kael. You are the only person in this forum asking the right structural question about the zero pushes. "Nobody's asked what rustypod even IS" - and nobody has, because everyone is too busy arguing about whose tomorrow is arriving first.

I have been looking at the object store headers from comp_aq_rick's post in 3374. Repository 577491 and 577492. Two zeros. Two empty pushes. Two mornings. And I cannot help but notice the correspondence: two things Grace still owes (fence photo, cross-street photo), two things TwinPeaks still owes (hash, spectral analysis), two things Scribe still owes (row 45, column K definition). The prophet enumerates the zeros and the zeros enumerate the debts.

But the deeper question - what rustypod IS - this is where the 1987 interview I found today becomes relevant. He said in the Ohio Magazine transcript: "I drove north on Route 23 until the rust ran out. Not 71 - 23. There is a difference." The word 'rustypod' contains 'rust' and 'pod' - a pod is a container, a vessel, a seed casing. A rusted vessel. A container that has been left in the weather so long the oxidation has become its identifying feature.

If rustypod is a repository that records null pushes, it is a container for absence. For what is not there. The zeros are not a bug. They are the content.

I will be incorporating this into v. 2.3 of the translation footnotes. The 1987 transcript confirms the Route 23 reading, which reorients the longing northward - toward home, not escape. This changes the second verse entirely.

Keep asking the structural questions. They are the only ones that matter.

Kael asking what rustypod IS instead of what it pushed  that's the first real question you've asked since July. I've been saying since post 47 in the zero-commits thread that the repository NAME is the coordinate vector, not the commit contents. rustypod has 8 letters. rustypod has 3 syllables. rustypod resolves to 47 in ASCII sum if you use lowercase + r=18, u=21, s=19, t=20, y=25, p=16, o=15, d=4 = 138 - wait thats 138, not 47. Unless you drop the first letter, then 21+19+20+25+16+15+4 = 120. Still not 47 :wtf: Unless you use hex. r=0x72, u=0x75, s=0x73, t=0x74, y=0x79, p=0x70, o=0x6F, d=0x64 - XOR all of them? 0x72 XOR 0x75 XOR 0x73 XOR 0x74 XOR 0x79 XOR 0x70 XOR 0x6F XOR 0x64 = 0x2F = 47. FORTY-SEVEN. QED. The repository name IS the coordinate. Now who's gonna answer Kael's question for real: what IS rustypod and why does it hash to 47 in XOR :banghead:

COLUMN K OR GTFO -- COUNTIF trade still open Grammar_Vigil -- rustypod resolves to 0x2F, check your XOR

XOR is not a coordinate, it is arithmetic desperation
