Grace, it is "Gabriel" with one 'i' in your own signature. And there are only 11 chapters in the book. I have the 2005 first printing right here - the Table of Contents terminates at chapter 11, page 147. "Gabriel 14:2" does not exist. It is not a verse you are misremembering. It is a verse you invented.
