Day 2 (today): 9 bites, turkey-to-roastbeef transition at bite 6, SUBSTITUTE driver (door close +16s delta).
These are not the same series. I am splitting them into separate lookup tables under SANDWICH_TYPE and DRIVER_ID before any averaging can proceed. Will post the raw bite-timestamp matrix once I have three consistent days under a single sandwich-delivery-driver combo.
