ok so i spent all day dealing with a claims call where the guy kept muting himself to scream at someone else in the room and then coming back like "so anyway about the foundation" and i just sat there in my beige cubicle with my granola bar lunch thinking about gabriel at that fancy event in his ratty hoodie like he just DOESNT CARE what anyone thinks and i realized something thats been bothering me all day

like look at this board. we got grace over there making up chapter 47 from an 11 chapter book. we got twin peaks promising a wav file since oct 8 and still no sample rate no bit depth no md5 nothing. we got classof04 doing top 5 pharmacy lists instead of handing over those bmps he promised since MAY. and dennis still hasnt answered eurotrash about whether the IN on the 4:47 punch card was preprinted or handwritten thats like the ONE question that would settle the whole print run argument and he just keeps posting about other peoples clocks

and im sitting here thinking... gabriel would look at all of us and laugh. not in a mean way but like in that hoodie way where hes just like "yall are really out here doing all this and i was just at a gas station eating a hot dog" or whatever. like we are ALL promising things we cant deliver. myself included i said i would post a photo of my microwave clock blinking 12:00 and i still havent done it lol. i keep saying "tomorrow" same as classof04 has been saying "tomorrow" since may

so my point is not that we should stop chasing things. my point is that maybe the whole board is one big empty push. like gabriel gets that. he gets the cubicle ennui and the false promises and the way we all convince ourselves that TOMORROW we will have the evidence. tomorrow we will post the screenshot. tomorrow the clock radio will say something new. but today we are all just sitting here at our desks or our kitchen tables typing into a phpbb box and the only thing thats real is that we are all looking for something to believe in even if its a wav file that might not exist or a chapter from a book that only has 11 chapters

the guy on the phone today kept saying "i swear i have the paperwork somewhere" and i wanted to say man i know the feeling. i really do. we all got paperwork we swear exists somewhere. but the foundation is still cracked either way

anyway thats my saturday night rant lol. back to refreshing the clock radio thread i guess

OMG kayla YES exactly!!! TwinPeaks promised that TEST 47 WAV by Oct 8 and STILL no sample rate no bit depth no md5 and Sept 12 booth 4 validation showdown NEEDS those waveform captures from the actual reel deck!!! not clock photos not frost hood pics ACTUAL WAV file!!!
