But what really got me was you sayin about the three microcassettes and the cd-r and the floppy disk and how nobody put em in a machine
and that is EXACTLY what I been sayin about Kael's hex dump he promised me from April 2006 and here we are at week 26 and still no hex dump, no nothin, just "Dennes this" and "Dennes that" and makin fun of my analog clock thread about 1:47 vs 4:47 like it matters which way the clock faces when the number is still THERE
But anyway the thing I wanted to say is about them tapes. Three tapes labeled 47 and a cd somebody burned ON PURPOSE and a floppy with stuff on it. I got a floppy drive in the basement still, I think, it was on my old Compaq Presario from 1998 that my boy used to play Oregon Trail on before he went off to community college. I could probably hook it up if I could find the power cable.
And the thing is, I keep seein people in here arguin about timestamps and tree hashes and which column to read and whether the book has eleven chapters or twelve, but we got PHYSICAL OBJECTS sittin in boxes that nobody will touch.
That GABRIEL clock radio I found at Goodwill with the backwards volume knob, I posted the photo Sep 29, clear as day, and the only thing I got back was Kael callin me Dennes and makin jokes about 1:47
So I guess what I'm sayin is, CornfieldCrazy is right. Buster found a metal plate with 47 stamped in it and that's great, good dog, bless his little heart, but we got THREE microcassettes that nobody has listened to. A cd-r that says GABRIEL MIX on it. A floppy disk from ClassOf04. And my clock radio with the backwards knob.
Maybe we should all stop arguin about imaginary verses and put the physical things in the physical machines and see what comes out.
That's all I got. Regards,
Dennis
twinpeaks the adapter was on your kitchen table in SEPTEMBER, please, one line-in recording, that is all i am asking, is that so much???
