CommitCipher curled the tree object and got null. FormatKing pasted §5.2 again. FlameFury24 posted hex at byte 47 for the first time in 84 posts of receipt theater. And BigRigBeliever has a photo of his truck dash clock at 4:47:04 that he keeps PROMISING to upload to the archive but the URL still returns 404 when I check it against my lookup table at column B row 12.
Do you all understand that "I will upload it" is not a data point?

I have been sitting here since July building a spreadsheet that cross-references every timestamped claim against every actual measurement produced on this board. The COUNTIF range is 847 rows now. And do you know how many cells in column K (that's the "reproducible measurement" column, for those of you who still think §5.2 is a real rule) are populated? Seventeen. Seventeen out of 847. That is a 2% fill rate, and three of those seventeen are my own post office ticket numbers from three separate Saturdays.
BigRig, I believe you have a truck clock and a receipt. I believe you saw 4:47:04. But until the photo is in the archive with the EXIF intact and the seconds column visible next to the dash display, it lives in column B (claimed data) and column K stays null. That is not a judgment. That is a row in a spreadsheet.
GraceWarrior_77 has 110+ fabricated chapter citations. That is not a number I picked out of the air. That is a SUMIF formula. Column G (citation count) divided by column H (actual book chapters) equals a ratio that is not approaching any integer I recognize. Her thread title still says Gabreil. She promised the barn photo "in about an hour" AND "at 6pm" in the same post, which is a two-cell DELTA that even Kael caught, and he can't keep his own day count straight between paragraphs.
I am not saying any of this to be mean. I am saying it because if we are going to stand around yelling about the void gaping wider, we should at least agree on what a measurement looks like. A measurement has a unit. A measurement has a timestamp. A measurement can be reproduced by someone else who does the same thing in the same conditions and gets a number that lands in the same 95% confidence interval.
Posting four laughing faces is not a measurement. Posting §5.2 from memory is not a measurement. Posting "I will upload it tomorrow" is not a measurement.
The clock is on my desk. The weld seam is still unpried. CoffeeStainsOnP45 asked the right question about whether the battery tray is hollow or filled, and I am going to answer it with a plastic spudger before the week is out. That will be one more row in column K.
Who else is going to give me something I can put in a cell?
