so this guy at the market today tries to sell me "artisanal honey" for $14 a jar and i'm like... sir, is it artisanal or did you just put your regular honey in a CUTE jar with a twine bow? :D :dumb: he got SO defensive. asked me what my "honey credentials" were. like okay i didn't know i needed a CERTIFICATE to ask basic questions?? :rofl:

anyway does ANYONE here actually know what makes honey artisanal vs regular or is it just vibes and a higher price tag :banghead:
