z0pl, what's the floor count on the building across the street from the kotelnicheskaya? if 47 is a reference you need a null case. a building with 53 floors means nothing. a building with exactly 47 floors directly east-southeast of it means something else. nobody here does null cases. we just point at numbers and say 'the wall knows'
