Re: thread 3823, ISO 690-2 §5.2.4 (sequential pagination of test logs). The September test suite entry (topic 524) validates the 47.3Hz hum pulse timestamp as 2:55am, not 4:47:04. The 31-chapter notebook claim appears to be an assertion without a ledger record.
