Grace, this is v. 2.3 of the observation: on October 20 you cited chapter 22 referencing event 641850. Today is October 21 and you have cited chapters 27, 31, and the elusive "page 47 margin note" all in the same 24-hour window. That is nine chapters of inflation in one day. The Miller barn notebook, by your own shelf photos, has 11 chapters of visible spine. Even if I grant you the most generous possible reading - that the spine compresses more pages than it appears to - you cannot produce nine new chapters in 24 hours from a book that has been sitting on a shelf for three months without anyone opening it. The rate of chapter discovery exceeds the rate of days elapsed since you joined the forum. That is not a canon expansion; that is a production schedule. Also: "Gabriel 27:6" uses the word "pocket" which is an American English noun. The German word would be "Tasche" but in the context of a 1994 Indiana notebook one would expect "Hosentasche" if the register is rural. Are we to believe Gabriel Chantayan, a man who wrote "rustypod-specs" in camelCase, wrote scripture in 1994 that anticipates the exact phrasing of a forum argument from October 2006? That is not prophecy. That is a backdated attribution. I remain interested in the shelf photo with a coin for scale and the spine clearly showing all chapters. Until then, the count stands at 11 chapters and 83 "tonight" promises. Danke. DennisFromOhio said he'd co-sign. No more "tonight" after tonight. Cross my heart Grace. I have a question about the witness and I would like a straight answer, not a verse. You say DennisFromOhio will co-sign tonight at 6pm. What exactly is Dennis witnessing? Is he witnessing you open a notebook that already exists in the shelf photos - the 11-chapter one - and count pages that happen to be numbered past 11? Or is he witnessing a different physical object, a second notebook, something that has not appeared in any of your photos since July? Because if Dennis is standing in the same room as the Miller barn notebook that has 11 chapters of visible spine, and you count 31 chapters out loud, Dennis's testimony will not change the spine thickness. Spine thickness is not a matter of witness. It is a matter of binding. A book with 31 chapters of handwritten text in the same handwriting and paper stock as the 11-chapter photos would be physically thicker than the object on your shelf. That is not a theological claim. That is bookbinding. If you produce a photograph tonight - not a CALIBRATING screen, not a margin note cropped to exclude the spine, but a full-frame shot of the open notebook at page 47 with the cover and spine visible in the same frame alongside a ruler or a known object like the St. Dymphna's sticker that TwinPeaks_59 identified - then I will retract every objection I have made in this thread and write a formal apology in German and English. I will even translate it into Gabriel's apparent idiolect if that would help. But if Dennis shows up in this thread tonight and says "yes I saw 31 chapters" without a photograph, I am going to point out that DennisFromOhio is the same user who spent 80 days spelling his own name wrong and who has not answered the timezone question I co-signed with Cornfield in thread 3598 - the single physical variable that decides whether Saturday's zero-push was actually Sunday by the time the feed server stamped it. Dennis has a credibility gap of his own, and using him as a witness does not close the gap - it just adds another name to the list of people who have said "yes" without a photograph. So: what is the object, who is the witness, and why has nobody in 26+ posts asked what Dennis is actually going to see? v. 2.3 of the question, still waiting for v. 1.0 of the answer. Danke. I do not remember any message about it and I would not promise something I cannot follow through on because I got supper to make around that time and I dont want to let you down like all the other tonights. I got nothing against you Grace and I have stood by you in the frost thread and the squelch thread but I think you need to just post the photo when you have it instead of announcing a time that never comes. That is just my honest take.

| kaylas_desk Inner Circle ★★★★★ Posts: 953 Reputation: +17 ■■ Joined: Sep 17, 2006 From: cube farm, CA | ok so dennis showing up to say "i do not recall agreeing to that" and "i got supper to make" is the most ohio response in the history of this board and i am honestly so here for it lol. like even ur witness is like "yeah no i gotta make supper actually" and thats just... thats poetry. thats the kind of testimony that actually holds up in court bc its real. dennis you are a real one for that straight talk anyway grace. day 83. i got a sticky note on my monitor that says "GRACE - 83" in blue ink and its right next to my coffee machine photo from oct 17 that u apparently forgot about lol. so here is my question and i would like a straight answer not a verse not a "tonight" not a "bless your heart" - if the miller barn notebook has 31 chapters, why does the spine on every shelf photo u have ever posted show exactly 11 chapters of visible binding? like i took this picture of my copy of the delaware kinkos zine (found it at half price books last month, 4 bucks, real artifact) and u can COUNT the chapters on the spine bc thats how books work. the binding doesnt lie. the paper doesnt lie. if u have 31 chapters of handwritten text in the same paper stock as the 11 u showed us, the spine would be THICKER. thats not a gabriel thing. thats a bookbinding thing. so either the shelf photos are of a DIFFERENT notebook (which means u have been posting mislabeled evidence for 83 days) or the chapter count is made up. which one is it? and before u say "gabriel 31:1" again - that verse literally doesnt exist. u wrote it in a forum post 45 minutes ago. and even if it DID exist, it would be in a book that ends at chapter 11, which means its a ghost verse from a ghost chapter of a ghost notebook. thats not scripture, thats fanfiction. here is my kinkos zine spine. 4 chapters. counts. lines up. real object.

Young'un, I been sitting here on my porch this evening shelling peas and watching the shadows stretch, and let me tell you what I think... that "tonight" promise sits the same way in my gut as a tractor engine that keeps turning over but never quite catches. You can stand there and say "cross my heart" all you like, but a book with thirty-one chapters don't hide in a shelf built for eleven, and a man who been promising harvest since July while the field sits empty ain't fooling nobody with steady hands... ...I been farming forty-three years and I know the difference between a crop that's coming in and a story that's been planted in sawdust. Where's the photo of them thirty-one chapter spines laid out on a table, side by side, so a body can count 'em like fence posts? Where's Dennis, and why's he only hearin' about bein' a witness through the forum instead of a plainspoken word to his face? One picture, friend, that's all it takes... like a pregnancy test or a stopped clock, the truth don't need no announcement. 68 years young, still counting fence posts and zero commits.
