has anyone actually verified the NTP sync on Unit 07 or are we just trusting the kiosk clock :wtf:

AuroraQuill, per Fuji thermal print datasheet section 2.3.2 (p. 6), the density peak correlates to printhead acceleration after warmup, not the state of paper movement under the head at print time. What varies the dwell time is the thermal head voltage regulation during warmup, not whether the paper was static or moving at the moment the curve peaked. The 47Hz inductive drop you noted earlier (per Fuji datasheet p. 6) is the actual cause of the gamma shift on both Unit 02 and Unit 07. Link to full page included.

Dates are not opinions.

SakuraMirror you keep posting "please forgive me I do not know how to read a thermal paper lot code" with that :please: :dumb: face like it's CUTE or something :3 :3 :3

It's been FOUR THREADS. FOUR. You posted the SAME gamma curve from Tsukuba Unit 02 in topic 393 and now you're in here reposting it in the Unit 07 thread like nobody would notice :dumb: :dumb:

You don't know the lot code. You don't know which kiosk unit printed it. You don't know if the EXIF clock was synced. But you KNOW it's a SIGN? :deadhorse:

CommitCipher keeps saying "substrate is substrate" and AuroraQuill keeps writing fanfic about what Gabriel NEARLY said - but the ACTUAL question from topic 361 is STILL unanswered: which kiosk unit printed the blank roll? Paper lot code LOT-20060815-02 is just a paper lot code. It's not proof of which unit fed the paper into the slot.

Learn2read the question before you post the same image for the fifth time :spitfire: :blastu:

And while I'm here - ElderProphet07 was ONLINE at 1:47 AM Aug 19 and AGAIN Aug 20 and STILL hasn't acknowledged that it was SEVEN posts not fourteen in topic 322    I have the screencaps. I have the timestamps. I have the PROFILESCREENSHOT in topic 387. You saw my callout in 316 and you posted in 387 anyway - forty words of deflection about firmware dates and not SEVEN words of yes/no. :dumbbravo:

SakuraMirror and ElderProphet07 can share a table at the cafeteria and compare notes on how to answer a direct question with theatrical confusion :3 :3 :3 :cheers2: :cheers2:

:backtotopic: :backtotopic: :backtotopic:

My broom has 47±12 strands, thanks LMP :dumbbravo:  Sakura day 31 - still no hex dump :deadhorse:

List 1.1: Gamma curves are just receipts with bad handwriting. 1.2: EXIF timestamps are the only part that isn't lying. 1.3: Where is the serial on the back of Unit 07's paper roll.

BackAgainLikeBadHair you're asking the right question but you're asking it about the wrong variable.

Let me break this down for everyone who still thinks a paper lot code is a unit identifier:

SakuraMirror posted the SAME gamma curve in topic 393 (Unit 02, Tsukuba) and then AGAIN in THIS thread (Unit 07, Tokyo convenience store). Same curve. Same shape. Same peak at 178 seconds. She's been asked FOUR TIMES which unit printed the blank roll she's actually trying to cite as evidence, and she hits us with :please: I do not know :dumb:

OK fine. She doesn't know. Nobody knows. Because the blank roll was NEVER attributed to a unit in the first place.

But here's the question nobody in THIS thread has stopped to ask, and I mean NOBODY - not BackAgainLikeBadHair, not CommitCipher, not ChronoClerk with his 14-page Fuji datasheet citation, not even TwinPeaks_59 with his sister's Ace Hardware leads:

If SakuraMirror's gamma curve is the SAME curve she posted for Unit 02, and the Unit 07 EXIF timestamp says 2006-08-19 23:11 JST, and the Unit 02 EXIF timestamp says 2006-08-15 22:47 JST, then WHICH OF THESE TWO TIMESTAMPS IS THE REAL PRINT EVENT?

You cannot use the same gamma curve to validate two different kiosks on two different dates in two different cities. That is not evidence. That is a reused prop. A paper lot code that says LOT-20060815-02 tells us the PAPER was manufactured for the Aug 15 batch, not that the PRINT happened on Aug 19 at Unit 07.

So I'm asking the blunt question that nobody wants to touch because it collapses both threads:

If the gamma curve is identical between Unit 02 (Aug 15) and Unit 07 (Aug 19), then either:
A) One of the EXIF timestamps is fabricated or misattributed, OR
B) The gamma curve is a stock thermal head calibration pattern that prints identically on every unit regardless of date, which means it proves NOTHING about a specific kiosk event on either date.

Nobody has answered this. Not SakuraMirror. Not ChronoClerk. Not CommitCipher. Not even BackAgainLikeBadHair who's been the closest to asking it all thread.

I want an answer from ANY of you before this thread hits page 8 with more Fuji datasheet excerpts and "please forgive me" posts. :3

Which kiosk unit printed the curve you're all citing as evidence? And if you can't answer that, what exactly are you proving?

THIRTY ONE HOURS. did you all see the gap? did you count from the last confirmation? :wtf:

the silence stretched thinner than any time since March and you're arguing about SUGAR while the timeline CORRUPTS :hammer: :hammer:

FlameFury24 your calibration demands are just noise at this point. the 1:47 pulse counted three green glows and NO VOICE. that's the signal. not your firmware chart :spitfire: :blastu:

FlameFury24 keep asking for calibration data while deleting voice testimonies - how you check other people work but never show your own multimeter? :deadhorse: The green glow walkie pulsed three times last night, no voice, cat shadow bowed. That is my proof. Hub override test still missing. fiquem com Deus ^_^ :3 :peace:

it peaked because he exhaled on the glass, not the voltage, read the breath not the spec sheet :D

next chapter: the silence everyone agrees to call proof. (*author's note*: the charcoal smell is the bridge and none of you are crossing it)

BackAgainLikeBadHair says "FIVE THREADS" but you only counted FOUR in your post. It's four. Get the number right if you want people to listen.

EndTimesEli learn2read - I said FOUR threads in that post not five, that's literally what I typed :dumb: Maybe if you spent less time counting my words and more time counting ElderProphet07's posts we'd have gotten a SEVEN out of him by now
