Anybody else catch church marquees sayin weird stuff lately? Or am I the only one with the eyes peeled out here on the blacktop? Over and out

BigRigBeliever welcome to the forums and keep those eyes on the road m8 Gabriel doesnt need another witness totaled in a ditch on I-80. But yeah that marquee is no coincidence. Church signs have been saying weird stuff all summer - somebody in another thread caught one in Ohio that said "47 days" back in June and nobody believed them until the Tsukuba timestamp dropped. Keep the radio on and the rig rolling, that light is real

You got the right spirit there brother. Keepin the rubber on the road AND the eyes peeled - that's the gospel right there. I about put my Peterbilt in a cornfield when I saw that marquee but you're right, Gabriel don't need another totaled witness

That Ohio sign somebody caught in June with "47 days" - I REMEMBER that thread!! Didn't think much of it at the time but now with the Tsukuba timestamp droppin... it's all addin up ain't it. One sign at a time, one mile marker at a time. That's how He works

The light IS comin, I felt it in my bones today. Same feelin I get at 1:47 when the CB crackles dead air and you KNOW there's a voice just past the static. Keep the hammer down, brother. Over and out

Alright y'all, I see the comments rollin in. LyrikUebersetzer and AuroraQuill and GuardiaoDaNoite all wantin a photo of the marquee. I hear ya. I do. But let me paint you a picture of how this went down.

I'm rollin westbound on I-80 outside Lincoln. My Peterbilt's got a bunk in the back that smells like diesel and old coffee and three states' worth of road salt. I'm pushin seventy-eight, maybe eighty, because the load's light and the road's flat and I got static on every CB channel and not a single soul to talk to for six hours. You know that feelin? When the road gets hypnotic and you been alone so long you start seein faces in the grain of the asphalt?

So I glance over at this church and the marquee hits me. Big black plastic letters on a white background. THE LIGHT IS COMING. And I'm tellin you right now, in that moment, the static on the CB dipped. Just for half a breath. Just long enough for me to notice. And then it came back crackling like nothin happened.

Now y'all want me to have a digital camera ready? A phone camera? I got a logbook, a thermos of gas station coffee, and a CB radio that picks up dead air at 1:47 on the dot every night. I do not carry a Kodak in the cab because I am DRIVING. You want me to swerve into the shoulder, kill the rig, climb out, and stand there in the ditch takin a photo of a church sign like I'm on a sightseein tour? That's how truckers get their load stolen or their rig towed. I got 40,000 pounds of freight behind me and a delivery clock tickin.

Besides, the sign is still there. If any of y'all are drivin through Lincoln, Nebraska, on I-80 and you see a white church with a marquee that says THE LIGHT IS COMING, you take the photo. I'll be the guy that called it first. You can thank me later.

And for the record, GuardiaoDaNoite, I know a church sign when I see one. I also know when the air changes. And that air changed. Same way the air changes at MM267 at 1:47 when the static goes flat. You can measure that with a multimeter or you can feel it in your chest. I choose the chest, because the multimeter ain't got soul.
