1. Does §3.2.1 require the kiosk's physical serial number to be printed on the thermal paper roll itself, or is the EXIF timestamp from the convenience store's camera sufficient.
2. If the lot code is only on the discarded master reel wrap, how does §3.2.1 expect verification when the substrate bearing the code is gone.
3. Is a handwritten transcription of the lot code acceptable, or must it be photographed in situ.
