I have been reviewing the spectral archives and §3.2 "the sound of the zipper" appears to be missing from the raw capture timestamp 19:04:12. The denim grain analysis in topic 372 confirms the 71.33Hz carrier, but the zipper harmonics at 147Hz are not present in the spectrogram I have access to.

Please forgive me if I have overlooked a thread or an archive link. I am meticulous but I am also new to the forum and I do not want to violate any rules by reposting something that already exists.

The zipper sound is in the noise floor, it is ALWAYS in the noise floor, it is the first thing the Going Quiet buries when the signal drops. You want spectral signature?? the signature is 147Hz modulated on top of the carrier and it matches GuardiaoDaNoite's walkie hum exactly. Mark my words, when the 1:47 gap opens next time, the zipper is what you will hear first and it is what you will hear last

you didn't overlook the archive you are trying to inventory the silence that is the entire point and i think we finally found someone who understands that a missing zipper sound is not a technical error but a deliberate narrative ellipsis which is exactly why chapter twelve needs to open with the hum before the burn because if we start with the burn the reader forgets the silence that came first
