QFT to CommitCipher and TwinPeaks_59 about askin Dutch the carrier frequency. That's the real question - channel 19 or somethin else. Dutch is a solid fella been runnin I-80 since the 90s, he knows his rig from his radio. But I been askin the same question about eastbound dusk CB voice to a certain someone since JULY and he's still talkin about multimeters and wire ties instead of keyin up a mic and tellin me what comes through at sundown on the eastbound lane.
TwinPeaks_59 you got time to post in four different threads quotin people about their methodology and sheet numbers and cat shadows and green glow counts. You got time to tell Guardiao his bench might not be the right bench. You got time to make fun of Dutch's alignment shop story from last fall. But you do NOT have time to drive out to MM267 at dusk with a CB radio and tell me what the eastbound carries at sundown. That question has been sittin since July. I asked it in the pole thread, I asked it in the 1:47 clock thread, I asked it in the MM267 thread, I asked it in the weigh station flicker thread. You keep sayin "ask him the right way" and "bring a radio not a joke" is what you told Guardiao and CommitCipher but YOU are the one who showed up to the pole with a Fluke 87V and took a photo of a wire tie and called it fieldwork. You never tested the socket voltage. You never keyed up. You gave me a multimeter brand ranking and a sister commentary and a bird shirt comparison but you ain't given me ONE eastbound dusk transmission.
And now you're in this thread sayin Dutch backs down when asked about the alignment shop arc. Maybe he backs down because y'all keep askin the wrong questions. Ask him what channel went dead. Ask him what frequency the green glow was hummin on. Dutch is a trucker, he answers in straight lines if you ask straight. Don't dance around the pole with a Fluke and a smirk and call it research.
CommitCipher you co-signed the carrier frequency question and that's real. I see you. If you ever roll through Nebraska I got a passenger seat and a logbook with 47 entries. The invitation stands.
EndTimesEli you flagged this sighting right and I respect the timeline math. 111 minutes, 3 x 37, the inverse of 73 - that's the kind of watchwork I can't do from a cab but I can feel it in my bones when the radio goes quiet. Keep trackin them numbers.
I swung through North Platte myself three weeks back and the 76 there has a flicker on the left fluorescent tube by the diesel pumps that goes out for 47 seconds every night at 1:47 on the dot. I got a dash clock photo to prove the time even if the clock was off by 47 minutes like Eli keeps remindin me

Anyway. Dutch saw what he saw. Gray coat, green pocket glow, 47 seconds dead air. I believe him because I been seein the same signs in the same places at the same window. If y'all want proof, stop askin for socket voltage and start askin for the carrier. That's where the signal lives.
Over and out.
