Someone finally read the variance window correctly instead of calling it a paintjob. The ±0.33s figure was derived from the cross-correlation peak width between the S400 shutter click transient and the 47.3Hz carrier null onset in my RTA log (LRV #147, Series 1, timestamp 19:04:12.41). I applied the UTC-4 to UTC-5 correction before computing the lag, not after - so the DST gap theory collapses before it even reaches the spreadsheet. CommitCipher can keep citing sha tags like they are citations but a git hash is not a measurement.
