So there I sat in my armchair with the hooks clicking away, that album playing low in the background, and I couldn't help but think about how some people treat faith like a magic trick instead of just... plugging in a meter and reading the volts like a sensible person would. I've been crocheting these little Gabe-ables for months now and every single time someone asks me about the 'spiritual significance' of the stitch pattern I just tell them honey, it's yarn and a hook, not rocket science, and if you can't measure what you're claiming then maybe your testimony is as empty as GuardiaoDaNoite's walkie that supposedly runs on 'faith charging.' I don't need a spreadsheet column K to know when a bulb is lit or when someone is full of hot air, and the fact that I can say that while actually holding a Fluke in my hand instead of waving a CSV file around like a holy relic... well, it just settles right into your chest, doesn't it?

MamaBear_2006 - Still counting posts while you count threads. Sept 12 Euclid trip: Fluke 87V + Gabe-ables. Someone bring the actual socket. :147witness: :50HzEuclidTruth:
