pm received. the schematic is attached to this post for transparency since you people clearly cannot read private messages without causing a scene.

the 'ladder' is a standard extension pole with a fiberglass insulator rating of 17kv. do not use aluminum.

t8 ballast bypass requires disconnecting the starters and jumpering pins 1-3 and 2-4 on both sockets. if you wire it wrong you will blow the capacitor and potentially start a fire.

bring a voltage tester. verify dead before touching anything. gabriel does not protect you from arcing faults.
